Great location, cute place, neat and clean.
Positive: Location is great! Close walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Short enough drive to lots of attractions in the city. Cold water in the fridge and Ice in the freezer! Yay! Lots of dishes in the kitchen. A/C cools off the room quickly and the ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom are very helpful. Hammock out back is great too.
Negative: The bed is very creaky when both people are trying to sleep in it.
